All products sold on Study Nood are digital products delivered electronically. No physical items will be shipped.
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.
2. No Refunds
Once a digital product has been purchased and delivered (via download link or email), we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.

3. Exceptions
We may issue a refund only in the following cases:
- You were charged multiple times for the same product.
- You did not receive the download link due to a technical issue that we cannot resolve.
- The file is corrupted or inaccessible and we are unable to provide a working replacement.
